—Knife maximizing attraction of bonbon chocolat—
To solve the challenge of cutting a piece of bonbon chocolat without destroying its coating to keep the cross section smooth, we thoroughly studied the blade structure, shape, material, coating, knife design, etc. and repeatedly made prototypes. We spent one year completing the development of this knife specifically for bonbon chocolat.
Since the knife surfaces are coated with fluorocarbon resin, which has excellent characteristics, such as non-adhesiveness and resistance to wear, chocolate ingredients are less likely to stick to them, requiring only simple care. You can cut a piece of chocolate without destroying its coating, which embodies original ideas of the patissier/chocolatier, and enjoy the beautiful cross section and the flavor emitted from inside the chocolate.
The Chocolate Syosa, which has excellent portability, is a refined knife for adults that even makes the user's action of cutting look beautiful. We considered the action of cutting chocolate with this knife as a manner, and named it “Chocolate Syosa” (“syosa” means “the way a person moves”).
