We open a directly managed store RYUSEN FACTORY & STORE in Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture on April 13, 2019, we sell our products at our company (Echizen City). Please drop in and check our products if you happen to come this way.

For the blade, since the same material is used for the both types of these steak knives, there are almost no differences between them in terms of sharpness. For the handle of SK04, the blade has been designed to be sandwiched between components of different materials (such as aluminum and natural wood). Please do not use a dishwasher, which might damage the handle's texture.
