Noriyuki Hamada, the Executive Chef of Hoshinoya Tokyo; Yoshida & Co., Ltd., a Japanese leading bag manufacturer well-known for its Porter brand; and Ryusen Hamono pursued their ideals and created this new chef knife bag "Ryusen & Porter Chef's Knife Bag."
Using the 1680D Cordura® Nylon, which is excellent in durability yet has a high-quality feel, as the main material of the bag, we made this bag to suit even a person wearing a suit. As the zipper, which affects the appearance and usability, we adopted YKK's Excella. The strap is designed to allow the user to carry the bag in three popular ways, as a clutch bag, a shoulder bag, or a briefcase. Furthermore, this bag has a slim and stylish body yet features a large storage space.
