Seisuke Knife Ginza is a specialty knife store that introduces the craftsmanship and culture of Japanese knives to customers from around the world. More than just a place to buy a knife, the store offers an opportunity to discover the stories, skills, and traditions behind each blade.
The spacious two-story store features The Glass Archives of Forging, an eight-meter display that celebrates the beauty of Japanese knife making. We offer a carefully selected collection of knives crafted by artisans across Japan, including Echizen in Fukui Prefecture, as well as exclusive and rare models available only at the Ginza store.
Our goal is to help every visitor find a special knife while experiencing the beauty and craftsmanship of Japanese blades.
