Overview

Japanese Knife Imports, Inc. is an import and retail company focused on Japanese knives, sharpening stones, and cooking related tools. We have both an online presence as well as a brick and mortar storefront in Beverly Hills, CA. Our focus has always been on educating our customers so they can make smart purchases, finding knives and stones that are appropriate for their skill and ability level, as well as their intended use. This way, we can ensure that we are selling knives to customers who have knowledge of sharpening, maintenance, and cutting technique, as well as a good understanding of Japanese knives in general. From Ryusen Hamono, we currently carry the Blazen, Bonten Unryu, Tanganryu, and Fukakuryu series, as well as some steak knives and chocolate knives. We provide customer support in English, Japanese and Spanish. We also offer sharpening and repair services for Japanese kitchen knives. We continue to train every year in Japan to ensure that we are doing the best we can to represent the craftsmen we carry and provide a high level of customer service.
