All products can be tested in our shops. Our consultants are specifically trained professionals, who will help you to select the cutting tool you are looking for. Further they will give you useful tips and tricks for care and sharpening after purchase. We also offer sharpening services for Japanese kitchen knives as well as courses where our customers will learn how to perfectly sharpen their knives on waterstones while preserving the blade.
