    Santoku knives, irrespective of series, are versatile items able to easily cut almost any type of food, such as meat, fish, and vegetables. These knives are recommended not only as tools for cooking but also as gifts.

    Most of our knives have double-edged blades, meaning that they can also be used left-handed. However, our steak knives have single-edged blades, based on the assumption of right-handed use.
