Takazumi Matsuzuka, a chef from Fukui, trained at Michelin-starred restaurants in France and later served as executive chef at several hotels outside the prefecture. He is dedicated to bringing out the full flavor of seasonal ingredients from Fukui, guided by his philosophy of creating cuisine that is not only delicious, but also beautiful and enjoyable.

He holds national certifications in Western cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and sushi.
He was awarded second place in the prestigious national French culinary competition, the "Jean Schillinger Trophy." Originally trained as a pastry chef, he is particularly highly regarded for his desserts, having achieved top scores in competitions.
