While many crafts and craft creators are affected by the new coronavirus, The Millennium Mirai Kogei Festival has been searching and examinating for a method to provide an opportunity to connect creators and users.

This year, which is the third time, we will use "CoNEXTion" (connecting together) as a keyword for online use and to visit each production area to get a deeper and wider understanding of the creators. We will deliver the content and establish a connection.
The concept is to become closer to the times of With Corona and After Corona.

The Millennium Mirai Kogei Festival is an event that allows young people living in the present age to touch the craftsmanship, products, and personality of their creators, to make them feel familiar with crafts and handicrafts, and to create an opportunity to pass them on to the next generation.
It is said that the word "ko" such as "kogei" and "artificial" was used to describe the activities of "people" that connect the "heavens" and the "grounds" represented by two horizontal bars.

Tying and connecting various points is the main purpose of this Kogei festival.

Ryusen Hamono will be open and workshops will be held at the directly administrated store "RYUSEN FACTORY & STORE".
In addition to regular products, we plan to sell limited special items for this event.
There is also a trial cutting space, so you can actually feel it before purchasing and enjoy the sensation of use.

At the workshop, a young craftsman will hold an "ice spoon making experience".
You can make your own ice spoon while feeling like a blacksmith!
Not only a single person, but also parents, children and friends can participate.
